Good pay and hybrid model, but unclear bench policies
Pros: Good starting pay and the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
Cons: There are very few projects, so you will mostly be on the bench. The bench policies are unclear, and there is no proper HR department to address any issues that may arise

Lack of salary growth and favoritism in hikes
Pros: no presser in work much
Cons: No salary hikes: For the past four years, there have been no increments. Employees only receive hikes if they personally request them from their manager, otherwise nothing is given. Exit process issues: The exit process is tedious. Billing employees are forced to serve the full three-month notice period, and even after exit, the full and final settlement is delayed. In my case, it has been pending for 6–7 months. Basic amenities neglected: The company does not even pay bills for essentials like water and milk packets to vendors . Favoritism in hikes: Salary hikes are given only to favored employees, not based on performance. Initial package vs. growth: While they offer a good package at the time of joining, there is no growth afterward.
