Pros: Good Technology Company With Inexperienced Leaders
Cons: Home Grown Leaders Know Almost Nothing About Professional World
View on GlassdoorPros: You get to work with some really nice and talented people. You will learn bootlicking from the peers who have/had career growth in this company.
Cons: A deeply hypocritical culture where stated values like 'do the right thing' are completely ignored. Following recent mass layoffs of ~300 people, the company shifted senior-level responsibilities onto interns without offering full-time conversions or fair recognition. Leadership functions like an insulated friend circle where career advancement is dictated by favoritism and bootlicking rather than merit. Questionable business decisions—like laying off hundreds of people only to acquire another company weeks later and rehire contractor roles through expensive third parties—have completely destroyed team morale. Compensation is poor, and getting a fair appraisal requires pleading with management.
View on GlassdoorPros: Good for starting career rest i don't feel anything to share
Cons: No learning curve, same thing repeat in every project
View on GlassdoorPros: Exponential learning curve for beginners
Cons: Too much work pressure, no work-life balance
View on GlassdoorPros: Projects leveraging AI, and encourage adoption of AI
Cons: Lack of empathy. blame game, frequent firing. Threatning to sack employees on minor mistakes. Irrational decisions of leadership, directors, senior directors. Egocentric behaviour of people leaders. HR partners failing to acknowledge these issue

The interview was over in 1 min. The HR who reached out had no clue about the kind of candidate the interviewer wanted. Not even an interview. It was like come. sit on the chair and go.
