Management has changed drastically over past years, got different experience rather than what mentioned in glassdoor and they had recently revised associates’ salaries.

Did the interview with the VP, who was very casual. Had a very good discussion for close to an hour and discussed about my processes, experiences in multiple projects and about the clients as well.

It feels uncomfortable during the interview process. They expect answers like a robot, requiring exact commands and detailed explanations for everything. It feels very uncomfortable, even if you have studied well. They ask super senior-level questions for a junior-level position, even though they clearly know our experience.

The interview process was smooth and stress-free. The interviewer created a comfortable environment, which made it easy to communicate and explain my answers. The questions were of medium difficulty, mainly focusing on technical concepts and problem-solving abilities. Overall, it was a good learning experience, and I was able to showcase my knowledge and skills confidently.

One of the main things they asked me about was Linux and AWS, which are important for the job role. The interviewer asked questions related to basic Linux commands, system processes, and troubleshooting, as well as AWS services such as EC2, IAM, and CloudWatch. The questions were focused on understanding how these technologies are used in real-world scenarios. Overall, it was a good discussion and helped me demonstrate my knowledge in both Linux and AWS.
