Waste of time interview. 2 Interviewer joined, but none did any interaction, just ask me to introduce myself. Then, Dropped me a Big Task Document which had 2 task in it which had to complete in 50Mins and both were doing their work. I Hate such interviews

The first round was very positive and it was conducted from UK team which was highly professional but in second round they called me from Pune to Mumbai , interview went well , but they don't even care about candidate time and energy. India team is not clear about what kind of attitude they are looking into the candidate.Lookd like all decision making on the India basis HR , even through technical team looks very satisfying with you .

The scheduled meeting link was not shared with in time. No response from the HR regarding the same. Very poorly communicated and managed. Did not receive any communication after the interview. Highly unprofessional.

I was approached by this company (Investec) in November, and they took the entire month of December to conduct three interview rounds. My feedback was positive during the first two technical and managerial interviews. However, after the third round, which was with HR, my application was placed on hold due to the HR's skepticism regarding my profile. I find it perplexing that the HR has the authority to make such a decision when the project team expressed satisfaction with my candidacy. Following several discussions, they arranged another round with their technical team on January 13th. The questions posed by the technical team were quite basic and minimal. Despite my repeated inquiries, I received feedback indicating discomfort with my candidacy, yet no specific reasons were provided. This lack of professionalism is concerning. They have effectively wasted 45 days of my time, during which I declined another job offer in favor of this company. I strongly advise against joining this organization, as they are still a startup in India and tend to keep candidates in limbo with vague justifications. In my experience, they were unclear about their expectations, resulting in a significant waste of my time. I genuinely regret pursuing an interview with this company, as I could have secured another offer in Mumbai during these 45 days instead of relying on them.

Simple process maximum 3 rounds, which includes Technical round, Manager Round and HR round. All the round are about 30 mins. Technical round will be bit diifcult if you are not prepared. Main round is the manager round.
