Worst team by Iq Eq. They sent JD for Corporate accounting related but they asked questions related to Private Equity. I dont understand that they have my resume with different process but they ready to interview for different process.
Sample questions
My interview process with IQ-EQ was structured but left room for improvement. The coordination from HR was prompt, and the initial rounds were scheduled smoothly. However, during the discussion, I felt the communication could have been clearer, especially regarding expectations and evaluation criteria. The feedback mechanism was also limited, which made it difficult to understand the reasons behind the final outcome. Overall, the experience was decent, but enhanced transparency and a more candidate-centric approach would make the process significantly better.
Sample questions
Overal went good, They checked technical knowledge along side they asked privious work experience. And totally thry taken two eounds of interview, second round is director round i.e final round that too went well
Sample questions
I gave first technical round and it went well, after that i got call that i have selected for second round which will be technical lab challenge round of 3 hours, it also went well. After 1 day i got the call from HR that i have selected for final round which will be in Hyderabad, so i gave him total expense calculation for reimbursement, then HR told that she will update after internal approval. I waited for 7 days and in between 7 days i asked HR two times what happened, did you got the approval, she only reply with "No Update". But in fact they were taking interviews of new candidates by holding me? Why really these companies do this things, i asked her today also that, is there any update, she replied - "No Update" and after two minutes i got the email saying that you are not selected, we are moving with other candidate. Really?? why did you wasted my 7 days, why didn't you inform me earlier, just for your response, i have rejected one company offer and was not giving any new interviews, thinking that i cleared two hard interview rounds only HR round is left.
Sample questions
Online on teams, interview was for the director for fund administration process. It was a general interview conducted by the Managing director. Level of difficulty was average. Most of the questions were based on my current profile.
