Strong learning opportunities, particularly from a technical and cybersecurity perspective.
Talented and supportive colleagues across all levels, from junior to senior team members.
Good exposure to real-world cybersecurity challenges, which provides opportunities to continuously develop technical and professional skills.

Supportive for freshers, but lacks strong technical leadership
Pros: 1)Compensation packages are reasonably good, especially for freshers and early career professionals.
2)Good opportunity for freshers to gain corporate and project experience.
The business team is generally supportive and approachable.
3)Employees can get exposure to different business processes and domains.
4)The company provides opportunities to work on real-world projects.
Can be a suitable workplace for people who are comfortable with the existing organizational culture and management style.
Cons: 1)The biggest concern is the lack of strong technical leadership at the senior-most level.
2)There is a noticeable gap between what is communicated to the business team about the technology and the actual technical condition of the projects. At times, technical challenges and weaknesses seem to be presented more positively than they actually are, which can prevent business stakeholders from getting a realistic picture.
3)Senior technical leadership should ideally act as a bridge between technology and business. However, when technical information is selectively communicated or technical problems are not transparently highlighted, the business may make decisions based on an incomplete understanding of the actual situation.
4)The organization appears to have significant technical debt and weaknesses in engineering practices, code quality, and technical processes. Stronger technical governance and hands-on technical leadership are needed.
5)Another concern is that organizational decisions can sometimes appear to be influenced more by internal politics and personal relationships than by technical capability, engineering merit, or objective performance.
6)For technical professionals, this environment can be frustrating because technical expertise and genuine engineering contributions may not always receive the recognition they deserve.

Friendly environment hindered by favoritism and salary delays
Pros: Friendly environment
Good learning opportunities
Cons: Some seniors act like they own the company, and if you’re not their favorite, your work suffers. Salary delays happen sometimes, and there’s no WFH or hybrid - strict WFO.
