View on GlassdoorPros: Its been 4 months since i joined here, here are my reviews so far. Working with one of the best teams I've had in my career — every team here shows strong technical ability, clear communication, and genuine support for one another. The overall team environment is collaborative and healthy. My engineering manager handles situations smoothly and consistently shows a real willingness to listen to and act on team feedback.
Cons: Nothing much to say as of now for me personally.
View on GlassdoorPros: I've had a very positive experience working here. The team is collaborative, approachable, and genuinely willing to help each other succeed. There is a strong sense of ownership, and people are trusted to do their work without unnecessary micromanagement. One of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity to work on interesting technical challenges with modern technologies. Leadership is approachable, encourages new ideas, and is open to feedback. There's a genuine focus on improving the way teams work and giving people the space to take initiative. The environment is fast-paced, so there's always something new to learn. If you enjoy solving problems, taking ownership, and working with capable teammates, you'll find plenty of opportunities to develop your skills. Pros: Friendly and collaborative team. Interesting technical challenges. High level of ownership and autonomy. Approachable leadership. Good learning and growth opportunities.
Cons: Priorities can change as the company continues to grow. Some internal processes are still evolving.
View on GlassdoorPros: Flexibility of work hours. Good technical engineers. Office location is amazing. Work quality is alright.
Cons: Industry scale work is missing. Technical leadership is sparse. Work is short sighted.
View on GlassdoorPros: 3 days work from home
Cons: I genuinely feel this company has an unhealthy culture that places excessive pressure on employees. Many of the managers seem to lack strong technical expertise, yet they glorify working weekends and expect teams to deliver products on unrealistic timelines. There doesn't appear to be a clear product roadmap. The product team often provides vague or poorly thought-out requirements, sometimes without a clear understanding of how the feature will benefit users or how it should be implemented. Instead of refining those requirements, managers simply pass them directly to the engineering team without considering the engineering effort, technical complexity, or the time required to build them properly. As a result, engineers are constantly pushed to meet impractical deadlines, with little regard for workload or planning. This creates a stressful environment where employees feel pressured rather than supported. Overall, it makes the workplace feel highly toxic and unsustainable.

1. Ruby on Rails Focused Round: The interviewer was very knowledgeable and conducted an in-depth discussion on Ruby on Rails. The topics included TDD approaches, writing test cases, and some system design aspects. Overall, it was a great experience. 2. System Design Round: This round was also conducted by an experienced interviewer. We had a detailed discussion around system design and microservices concepts. The conversation was engaging and technically strong. 3. Final Round: The experience during this round was not smooth. The interview was scheduled multiple times but kept getting canceled. I had to follow up several times and even call to get it rescheduled. Eventually, the interview was conducted, and it went well. The discussion included designing an email system and some general HR questions. I was confident about my performance. However, the post-interview communication was unclear. After waiting for a day, I reached out to HR but did not receive a response initially. Upon following up via email, I was told that feedback would be shared soon. On the third day, I managed to connect over a call and was informed that the feedback was not positive. When I asked for specific areas of improvement, the HR representative was unable to provide detailed feedback. Just a feedback 1. Kindly ensure better respect for candidates’ time by avoiding repeated rescheduling and last-minute cancellations. 2. Candidates invest significant time and effort in the interview process (often spanning weeks), so providing clear and constructive feedback would be highly appreciated. 3. Improving communication and coordination during the scheduling and feedback process would greatly enhance the overall candidate experience. 4. After Spending 1 month for this interview atleast i deserve some fair feedback
