Title: Excellent Interview Experience – Professional and Supportive Hiring Team I had a wonderful interview experience with KPMG. The entire hiring process was smooth, transparent, and highly professional. The recruiter was extremely supportive, responsive, and polite throughout the process. They kept me informed at every stage and made the overall experience very comfortable. My L1 interview was initially scheduled for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during the last five minutes, and my system shut down unexpectedly. The interview team was very understanding and immediately rescheduled the interview. During the rescheduled session, the interviewer spent another hour with me, making the total L1 interview almost 1 hour and 45 minutes. It was an in-depth technical discussion covering Playwright, framework design, complex scenario-based questions, two logical puzzles, and detailed problem-solving. Although the interview was challenging, the interviewer was friendly, encouraging, and made the discussion engaging. My L2 interview with the hiring manager was equally impressive. The manager was very polite, professional, and respectful. The discussion was interactive, and I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and experience throughout the interview. What impressed me the most was the professionalism, transparency, and respect shown to candidates. The hiring process was well-organized, and the offer letter was released promptly after the successful interview rounds. Overall, KPMG has one of the best recruitment experiences I have had. Every interaction with the recruitment team and interview panel reflected professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine respect for candidates.
Sample questions
The interview process consisted of three main stages starting with an initial HR screening call, followed by a technical round focusing on core JavaScript, React, Node.js, and database design. Later, I had a coding assessment testing problem-solving skills and REST API concepts, concluding with a managerial round covering architecture decisions and past project experiences. Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and well-organized.
Sample questions
It was overall good with behaviour and experience related. Most of the things were from the CV and projects that I have done. If you are going for a tech role then expect technology questions.
Sample questions
The KPMG interview process was professional and well-structured. The questions mainly focused on technical skills, practical experience, problem-solving abilities, and role-related scenarios. Overall, the interview was a positive, smooth, and valuable learning experience.
Sample questions
It went good. But the second one was annoying. Overall a decent experience. I would not recommend it to others as it is not so worthy to give a try
