I completed three interview rounds, including technical discussions and detailed conversations about my Playwright automation experience. The interviewers were professional, and the technical process was relevant. However, the overall experience was negatively affected during the HR process. The recruiter repeatedly insisted that I resign from my current company before an offer letter would be released. I was not comfortable resigning without a written offer, and despite clearing the interview rounds, the process could not move forward. The recruitment experience lacked flexibility and transparency

Worst interview process of this company. Not transparent on the budget part. Wasted my efforts, time and money by calling me for F2F interview at Mumbai location for which i traveled 450+ km and after that they failed to provide me the salary which I excepted. If there was budget constrain issue then the recruiter should not have processed my profile for further rounds of interview.
