Start Preparing for an Interview
Pros: Pay is okay-ish as per Product based Tier II company.
Cons: -Regular layoff that create an environment of threat. -Constantly leaving customers, high churn rate. Sinking ship -no proper cross team communication and things do not move due to this. -No one to handle cross-pod communication, there is one tpm but he is kinda useless. engineering team has to waste a lot of bandwidth there. -Senior management has no clarity in company vision and often there are clashes -No cross-team activities/etc from HR dept. No one actually cares. -Incoming SDEs are not of great quality batches - Over burdened QA teams resulting in high bugs and customer complaints.

This was the first round of the selection process and took place as a one-on-one interaction with the interviewer, focusing on assessing foundational knowledge and relevant experience.

Had multiple rounds of interview - they went fairly well and than was ghosted for no reason at all. Suddenly, recruiter will stop picking your call. They don't value people's time and thats the reason they find it difficult to hire good people. Will not recommend interviewing with them.
