Very friendly, concept testing, focuses a lot on communication and basics. It heavily emphasised on marketing concepts and leaned towards consulting in general. Overall, prepare the basics and you should be good to go
Sample questions
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The technical round focused mainly on JavaScript fundamentals, Playwright automation, TypeScript, API testing, SQL, and real-time automation scenarios. The interviewer also asked project-based questions, coding concepts such as callbacks, async/await, arrow functions, object-oriented programming, locators, waits, browser contexts, and troubleshooting pipeline failures. The interview was conversational and lasted around 45–60 minutes.
Sample questions
2 technical round all went well and cleared, but the offer took so long it take 1 month to get. They ask to come to office for hr round. Overall experience was good.
Sample questions
The interview process was fine but the company took a long time to declare its result. Processing is low. Also the documents verification process is quite strict. First and online exam then technical interview and atlast HR interview
Sample questions
My first round of the interview at LTIMindtree went very well. However, during the second round, the interviewer initially said that my network connection was not working properly. I requested to switch to a different Wi-Fi network, but my request was denied. Shortly afterward, I was informed that the interview was over. I would like to understand whether this is the standard behavior expected from an interviewer. I also noticed that whenever I answered a question, the interviewer did not seem to listen carefully and would quickly move on. The interview ended abruptly with the statement that I was not selected. I felt that the interview was not conducted fairly, as I was not given a proper opportunity to demonstrate my skills and experience. If the interviewer was not interested in conducting the interview, it would have been better not to schedule it in the first place. I am sharing this feedback because I believe candidates deserve a professional and respectful interview experience.
