Cons: 1. Initially while entering negotiations are tough. 2. Men dominating so one needs to find their own survival strategies though there is lot of support but one needs to be on toes to identify if someone is taking advantage.

Interview stretched for almost 2 hours. Panel has a set answer in mind, does not seem to like it when answers differ a bit. Towards the end, I understood that their expectation is highly people work for 12+ hours a day for less than market pay.

Face to face interview scheduled with CAE Senior Manager. I was gone through a contractor so he contacted the company on my behalf. Directly went for the f2f on the interview date. Tool test applicable if they doubt your tool knowledge.
