Supportive team and rewarding role.
Pros: I really enjoy working at Make Me Local. I have a great relationship with my manager and enjoy being part of such a supportive and friendly team. I find my role as project manager varied and rewarding, with lots of different elements and no two days are the same. I particularly enjoy working with our clients and always feel that my opinions and concerns are listened to and valued.
Cons: The role can be busy at times, particularly when managing multiple projects and deadlines, but this is part of what keeps the role interesting. I don't have any major negatives to mention about working at Make Me Local.

Supportive environment with diverse projects, but challenging deadlines
Pros: Make Me Local is a good place to work, especially if you are looking to develop your skills and gain experience by working on a variety of projects. The work environment is generally supportive and collaborative, and there are opportunities to work with different types of clients and design requirements.
As a designer, I get exposure to a wide range of projects, which helps me improve both my UI/UX and problem-solving skills. The team is approachable, and working with different people gives you a good opportunity to learn and grow professionally.
Cons: Like any busy agency environment, there can be periods where workloads and deadlines become challenging, especially when several projects need to be handled at the same time. At times, priorities or requirements can change quickly, so good communication and organisation are important.
