Neha only seems to reach out when it’s time to schedule an interview, even if it’s on the weekend. However, when it comes to sharing feedback, there is no response, and you simply end up getting ghosted. I went through four rounds of interviews, including an assignment that took two full days to complete. After investing that much time and effort, I received no proper feedback or follow-up, which I found extremely unprofessional. In the final round with the founder, the questions were also not particularly relevant to the SEO role. Instead, he asked questions related to paid ads and other areas outside the core SEO responsibilities. Overall, the entire interview process felt unnecessarily lengthy, poorly coordinated, and unprofessional. Asking candidates to invest two days in an assignment and then failing to provide even basic feedback or closure shows a lack of respect for the candidate’s time and effort.

Three rounds And a long wait Depends on their mood If they want to hire or not they linger you for months they have time calculating apps on devices so if you are looking for growth then I would say no but remote work it’s a yes only of no other options are there
Sample questions
The interview process included three rounds: a technical round, an assignment, and a final discussion with the CEO. I invested significant time in completing the assignment and was informed that feedback would be shared within a week. However, no feedback was provided even after a follow-up with HR, and there was no response. While I understand that not all candidates are selected, timely communication or basic closure is important—especially after multiple rounds. The lack of response felt unprofessional and could be improved to ensure a better candidate experience.
