View on GlassdoorPros: Maropost is an value driven Organisation where the management truly believes in the org values. It's good if you are looking for work life balance with No Micromanagement. In Maropost you will find good people to work with in a collaborative team environment.
Cons: Not the best when it comes to career progression and yearly recognitions/ appraisal, rest it's a great organization to be a part of.
View on GlassdoorPros: The company provides a good learning environment with opportunities to work on diverse projects and modern technologies. Team members are supportive, and the work culture encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing. There is a healthy work-life balance in most teams, and management is approachable. It's a good place for professionals looking to build their technical and communication skills.
Cons: Nothing as of now. Going good
View on GlassdoorPros: I have had a positive experience working at Maropost. The work environment is relaxed but professional, and people are easy to approach when you need help. One thing I liked is that there's space to actually take a break during the day, we play table tennis and cricket, which is really great and help you reset and get back to work. The onboarding stood out for me too. When I joined I got proper KT and wasn't rushed. I was given enough time to actually understand the product and the infra before being expected to deliver, which made settling in a lot easier. Overall a supportive team and a culture that cares about both getting work done and keeping people comfortable. Happy to recommend it.
Cons: Nothing major to point out so far.
View on GlassdoorPros: Work-Life Balance: The flexible timing allows for a great balance between personal and professional life. Collaborative Culture: Strong cross-team collaboration makes it easy to work with different departments and learn from others. True Ownership: You get real ownership of product development, with exciting challenges that help you grow technically and professionally. Great Learning Curve: Fantastic opportunities for skill development with direct exposure to a modern, up-to-date tech stack.
Cons: Fast-Paced Environment: The delivery timeline is demanding, requiring engineers to adapt and keep up at a rapid pace. Learning on the Fly vs. Structured Growth: Engineers are often expected to master new skills during active product development. While AI Coding tools are provided to assist, there is very little dedicated time for structured upskilling or deep learning before diving into production code.
