Employees Blamed for Management Failures and Final Settlements Delayed Without Valid Reasons
Pros: Basic learning exposure to real projects.
Cons: Everything feels uncertain here, whether it’s salary timelines, growth opportunities, or the overall direction of work. Employees often end up mentally exhausted, and in the end, they are blamed for issues that stem from poor management decisions. Despite unclear requirements and unrealistic timelines, the responsibility is pushed entirely onto the team. To make things worse, final settlements are delayed without valid justification, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unsupported.
