Given your background, I actually think you have a strong technical profile for this interview. The main challenge is likely to be convincing the panel why someone with 13.5 years of experience and a corporate background wants to join a contractual IIT role. Prepare a thoughtful, genuine answer to that question—it is very likely to come up.

Interview proccess is very nice in Marsh, they did 5 rounds but level was quite easy and they asked only those questions which you have written in your resume 1) round one=Techincal 2)round Two=Technical 3)Managerial(Onsite) 4) Managerial 5)HR

"Pros: The HR team was responsive in the initial scheduling process. Cons: The interview process was poorly managed. My interview was scheduled for a specific day however the interviewer was unavailable and no prior communication was sent to inform me. I only found out after joining the call, The interview covered standard, predictable questions for a BI Analyst role. However when I struggled under pressure, the interviewer raised their voice and made dismissive comments about my current employer. The experience felt unprofessional and discouraging.

The process was smooth and easy for the interview, the HR person of contact as well as the team members and leaders we professional and providing good guidance on the process.
