Cons: They are doing layoffs silently. My experience with the company was disappointing, especially towards the end. Based on what I observed, employees who were on the bench were contacted by HR and asked to resign within 24 hours, with the indication that they could otherwise be terminated the following day. There was no clear or transparent bench policy, and the company appeared unwilling to retain employees on the bench even for a short period while looking for new project allocations. This created a constant sense of job insecurity.

i applied through university campus , first round is application screening then second round online assessement qns aptitude, dsa 2 qns then shortlisted student got technical round sql qns and basics dsa then hr round

There was GD, L1, and L2. GD was easy. Then the L1 interview has some technical questions. They also tell me to do some DSA questions. Then they one SQL query. They also asked the concepts of OOPs and also tell me to explain through the code.

Total 3 rounds were there and all were on an intermediate level. The first round was aptitude, second one a technical interview and final was HR round. All rounds were medium level and the panel was friendly.

We had two rounds of interview (on capmus) Both were mostly based on technical and less HR type I was asked about basic DSA alogrithms like swapping, two-sum problem, etc. I was also asked SQL queries and some theoretical questions on DBMS, OOPS, and OS I was also asked about my project.
