Not too bad, first Hr interview, followed by Lead, and then operation head and salary negotiation not too good not too bad, Waiting time was too long overall okay process

Total 4 rounds (3 before finalizing and 1 post offer discussion). Smooth proces, Proactive HR support during interview period as well as relocation assistance. Good thing was Top management including CEO gets involved in finalizing the candidates. They asked about my experience, skillsets and knowledge and explained about the expectation for the role. Clear cut communication.
I got a call from Maxval IP services HR and interview was scheduled for the QA manager role. First round was technical round, where basically questions were asked on testing process, test management stuffs, leadership activities, scenario based questions on conflict management, escalation management, Gen AI strategy and implementation in testing.
Sample questions
The interview process is streamlined with technical and IPR rounds and then an HR round. IPR rounds will be more tricky while the technical rounds for senior folks. More focus on patentability searches.

The interview process initiated with the self introduction and extended little technical on patents. The technically updated or ready to update mindset of the candidate is observed and the organization looks for candidates who could sustain there for minimum of 2 years. The overall interview lasted up to 30 minutes.
