The process consisted of two detailed phone calls with the Lead of Talent Acquisition. During the second call, I was explicitly told I was selected for the role and to expect next steps. However, following that verbal promise, the communication stopped entirely. It has been over two weeks with no update, no offer letter, and no response to follow-ups. Ghosting a candidate after a 'promise of selection' is highly unprofessional and damaging to the brand's credibility.

My Interview process was very smooth, professional and friendly. The lady who interviewed me was very kind and welcoming. The entire interview felt very calm and full of warm energy. I encourage anyone to apply because it was such a unique and amazing experience. During the interview the interviewer asked me what my favourite food at McDonald’s was and I said I liked the Big Mac and McNuggets, so she went in the kitchen during peak hour and made me a Big Mac and 6 McNuggets and large fry for me to eat while we continued the interview. I was so grateful she would do that for me especially during peak hour! She literally snatched the spatula off the young worker’s hand and told him “move you little homo” while she made me my food. In the end I ended up getting the job which was amazing and all, but I had to decline because I saw her do a wet fart while making my food and she thought I wouldn’t hear it but it was very obvious and that really gave me the ick. She didn’t even wash her hands and she slapped that young workers face for no reason and he started to cry and to make things worse he ran out the kitchen crying and slipped and the lady kicked him in the balls while he was on the ground crying and she farted on his face it was so sad :-(
On call and in person was conducted. Asked to get other documents as well in order to get an understanding of things. Applied through in person and reference as well.

Sample questions
The interview process was simple and friendly. I was asked basic questions about my communication skills, availability, and how I would handle customers during busy hours. It was more like a casual conversation than a formal interview. The manager mainly checked my confidence and attitude toward teamwork.
