Valuable internship with supportive team but heavy workload
Pros: Good exposure to finance and Investment Banking related work. Supportive team and guidance. Opportunity to learn practical concepts and help improve communication and time management.
Cons: At times, the workload can be overwhelming and challenging especially when there are multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time. Although, I would highly recommend this kind of internship to freshers who want to delve into core Investment Banking.

Varied tasks and friendly team, but hectic days exist
Pros: I’ve had a pretty good experience working here as a Marketing Executive. What I like is that the work is not limited to just one thing. Some days I’m working on social media and content, some days on campaigns, engagement, or other marketing tasks, so it doesn’t really feel repetitive.
I’ve actually learned a lot while working here. You get to learn things by doing them, which I personally find much better than just knowing the theory. I’ve improved my content, communication and planning skills quite a bit.
The team is also friendly and easy to talk to. If I have an idea or get stuck somewhere, I can usually discuss it with the team and figure it out. Feedback is also given, which helps you understand where you can improve.
Another thing I like is that you get responsibility for your work. You’re not just given small tasks all the time — you get to be involved in the actual work and see how things turn out.
Cons: There are definitely busy days. Sometimes a few deadlines come together and things become a little hectic. Priorities can also change suddenly, so you need to be flexible.
I feel the work could be a little more organised during such times, especially when it comes to planning and deciding what needs to be done first.
Mostly manageable, but it depends on the workload. Some days are quite relaxed, while some days can be really busy.
Overall, I’ve had a nice experience here. I’ve learned a lot, got practical exposure and become more confident in my work. It’s not perfect, but no workplace really is. 😄 If you’re someone who wants to learn and get hands-on experience in marketing, I think you’ll get good exposure here.

A great place to learn and grow
Pros: Friendly and supportive work environment
Good learning opportunities, especially for someone starting their career
Approachable managers and teammate
Opportunity to work on different areas of marketing
Comfortable and welcoming team culture
I joined Meritshot as an intern, and my experience has been quite positive from Day One. I initially expected the workplace to be very formal and strict, but I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming the environment was.
During my first day, I completed my onboarding and was introduced to my manager and the Marketing team. I wasn't assigned much work initially, which gave me time to understand the team, interact with everyone, and get comfortable with the work environment.
When I joined, I had very limited practical knowledge of how things worked in a professional marketing environment. My manager and teammates helped me understand things step by step. Whenever I had doubts, I could ask questions, learn from their guidance, and implement it myself.
One of the biggest things I appreciate is the learning opportunity. Initially, I mainly worked on video generation, but over time I started working on SEO, ad copywriting, video scripts, educational content, and other marketing activities. I am still learning new things, especially around campaigns and other areas of marketing.
The work environment is one of the things I enjoy most here. The Marketing team, HR team, and the people I have interacted with have been very approachable and supportive. I have never really felt constantly pressured or overburdened by the work.
It is also surprising how quickly the months have passed. Three to four months went by without me even realising it, which I think reflects how comfortable I have become with the team and the work environment.
Overall, Meritshot has given me a good opportunity to learn, experiment, implement new things, and grow professionally. I joined with very little practical experience, and today I am handling responsibilities across multiple areas of marketing. I am still learning, but I am happy with the growth and experience I have gained so far.
Cons: Some processes could be more structured as the company continues to grow.
