The interview process consisted of multiple rounds focusing on core fundamentals and problem-solving ability. In the initial round, the interviewer assessed my understanding of Python basics. Questions were focused on concepts like data types, functions, and basic syntax, along with some small coding tasks to check practical understanding. This was followed by a puzzle-solving segment, where I was given logical and analytical problems to evaluate my thinking approach and problem-solving skills rather than just coding. The next part involved SQL, where I was asked queries related to aggregation, joins, and filtering. The focus was on writing correct and optimized queries and explaining the logic behind them. Finally, there was a discussion on Object-Oriented Programming concepts. I was asked to explain core principles such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction, along with real-life examples and some basic implementation logic. Overall, the interview focused on strong fundamentals, clarity of concepts, and the ability to think through problems rather than rote memorization.
Only SQL qns with joins, groupBy etc and knowledge of rdbms and dbms sql should be strong and very important along with pyspark and all all the best everyone !!!!
Sample questions
The interview was conducted by two people. While one interviewer was professional and engaged, the other appeared uninterested and seemed to be participating out of obligation. This resulted in an uncomfortable interaction, with moments of unnecessary rudeness that affected the overall interview experience.
Sample questions
They will ask me about SQL queries One is about OOPS concept that is encapsulation and he is asking HR questions simply what is your hobby are you currently interested in that field or is there any before you visited office or what is that you celebrated in hostel experience that you have to share
