The interviews involved in-depth discussions on the resume, the technologies mentioned in the tech stack, system design, and SQL queries based on the candidate’s experience. The overall process was smooth, and the interviewers were knowledgeable and showed genuine interest.

Process is simple, they give fast replies after the interview round, unlike other need not to wait too long or you need not to do call to HRs for your outcome, mostly I like the promptness of the response from Mindstick software labs.

I recently went through the interview and onboarding process, and overall it was a positive experience. The interview process was well-structured and transparent. It was an onsite/invited walk in interview. The interview process was smooth and very transparent. There were 2 tr and 1hr round. The HR's and the interviewers were supportive too at every step of the process.
