So far so good!
Pros: I recently joined MindZvue, and overall, my experience so far has been fairly smooth. The onboarding process was decent, and most people in the team are approachable, supportive, and willing to help. The work environment feels close-knit, and collaboration within teams is generally good.
Cons: Shift timings are from 2 PM to 11 PM, and employees are expected to be in the office for at least 6 hours, which makes work-life balance difficult 4 days work from office policy leaves very little flexibility Favoritism is quite evident - awards and recognition often go to employees who are close to HR rather than being purely performance-based

Pros: You will be given good salary when you join. If you are ready to give up your life than you will be compensated with good hike as well.
Cons: Most of the employees are friends and family and distant relatives. Favoritism on its peak.

A good place to work
Pros: I have completed Six years with the company, and my experience has been very positive. The organization offers a healthy and supportive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. The work-from-home flexibility has been extremely beneficial in maintaining a good work–life balance. Additionally, the salary and benefits are competitive and motivating, which makes me feel valued as an employee. Overall, these factors have made my journey here rewarding and have encouraged me to continue contributing to the company’s success.
