View on GlassdoorPros: Employee friendly policies like WFH, Gym membership, Good WLB
Cons: Slow promotions, haven't had a good hike in some time
View on GlassdoorPros: Good work culture Global exposure
Cons: Slow rigid traditional structure Unreasonable senior leadership
View on GlassdoorPros: Very good organization to work with for long term
Cons: nothing as of now. It's good company
View on GlassdoorPros: stable company with a strong global reputation
Cons: Although the company has a strong global brand, the experience within my organization has been disappointing. The biggest concern is the leadership culture. There have been no meaningful promotions for many employees over the last five years, and many people are afraid to raise concerns because they worry about their job security. Since RMS was acquired by Moody's, many former RMS employees appear to be working under constant pressure. Employees do not feel comfortable discussing career growth or asking for promotions with senior leadership. The management structure is also confusing. There seem to be multiple layers of Senior Managers reporting to other Senior Managers, resulting in excessive oversight and micromanagement rather than efficient decision-making. Another major issue is the disconnect between senior leadership and employees. Managing Directors and Directors rarely interact with junior staff or listen to their concerns. HR is also not visible or approachable when employees need support. There is also a perceived double standard in the return-to-office policy. Many senior leaders continue to work remotely while requiring junior employees to come into the office regularly. A company's reputation is built not only on its brand name but also on how it treats its employees. Without transparent communication, fair career growth, and accountable leadership, even a well-known brand can lose the trust and motivation of its workforce.

3 ROUNDS.. first round with the upper management and then the remainign 2 rounds technichal with 2 or more panelist. In the first round they will understand your experience properly. In the remainign rounds please go through the JD and try to be in synch with what is asked. There it will be mentioned they dont need eveything but sure they do.
Sample questions
The interview process felt misaligned with the role advertised. One of the technical rounds focused heavily on Process Trainer-related questions, which didn't reflect the L&D/TD Specialist JD I had applied for. It gave the impression that the actual role might involve responsibilities outside the stated KRAs. Additionally, the interviewers could have done a better job of setting context and expectations before asking business problem questions, rather than expecting candidates to make assumptions while answering. This would have made the assessment more objective and relevant.
Sample questions
Very bad process while complete interview process. They ask me to join moody interview on thier office premises and unrelevant questions they are asking with definition oriented only answer. Not able to understand what they actually want from me. what they are trying to ask, they are mostly focused to aws internal working and steps.
Sample questions
Poor communication throughout the interview process. My interview was scheduled on 9th June, and I felt it went well. However, after the interview, I didn’t receive any update for several weeks. Despite multiple attempts to contact HR through calls, I received no response. Finally, after following up via text message with one of the HR representatives on 3rd July, I was informed that I had not been shortlisted. Regardless of the outcome, candidates deserve timely communication and closure instead of having to repeatedly follow up for an update.
Sample questions
1st round was DSA- asked interval related question- difficulty level - leetcode medium hard. Discussed AWS concepts ecs, ecr, lambda, step functions, etc 2nd round was with manager, discussed about previous projects, etc. manager want me to answer what he has in mind. He was cutting off in between and not giving chance to answer properly.
