They took 3 rounds on saturday and then 4th round on system design on monday. then HR ghosted me without any updates , its been 2 months i am still waiting for atleast a response from Hr. Hr just keeps saying we are still reviewing other candidates for the role and role is still open. I dont think they value good candidates. Atleast they can respond back to the candidates with the status . Management seems highly unprofessional.
