First round was an in person interview. The interviewer was very rude. Asked basic questions and when we answer , he is directly stopping and says its wrong without even checking. I wrote a simple SQL query but he rudely said its wrong.

The rounds where very easy first round they have conducted aptitude round , second round was coding basic questions where asked mostly on arrays ,strings and hashmap ,then we have 2 technical interview.

Here interview process is simple but lot of politics internally in company, a toxic environment. there is no proper structure. once you joined, you will afraid when will be fired.

Initial Screening – A short HR call to discuss your profile, experience, and role expectations. Technical Interview – Evaluation of technical skills through problem-solving, coding questions, and real-time scenarios related to the role. Managerial / Client Interview – Discussion on project experience, communication skills, and how you approach real-world challenges. Final HR Discussion – Salary negotiation, notice period, and onboarding details.

It was ok they asked about JAVA OOPs , about the projects that i have done, A simple DSA question but the interviewer himself wasn't interested as they have already got enough candidates from previous interviews.
