Great Learning Experience with Room for Better Leadership
Pros: A great place to learn and grow, especially for freshers. The work environment is collaborative, colleagues are supportive, and employees get good exposure to different projects. Taking ownership of work helps build both professional and communication skills.
Cons: Workload can be high during peak periods, and some processes could be more streamlined to improve efficiency. Communication between teams can also be improved at times.
