Cons: Pay Other than that no cons
View on GlassdoorPros: Nothing time waste sudden layoff within a day
Cons: Micro management no project no employee benefits
View on GlassdoorPros: The company, team, work culture, work-life balance, and leave policy are all excellent. I've had a positive experience working here.
Cons: No major concerns. I haven't experienced any significant issues, and overall, I've had a positive experience working with the company.
View on GlassdoorPros: Working at Neev Systems has been a very positive experience. The management truly trusts employees and gives the freedom to explore, experiment, and innovate. Our QA team even had the opportunity to build an in-house automation testing tool, which shows the level of empowerment we receive here. The company genuinely cares about employee well-being—flexible work options, consistent bonuses, healthy YoY appraisals, and fun activities that keep the work culture lively. Another strong aspect is the push towards upskilling, especially in AI, which helps employees stay future-ready. Overall, Neev Systems is a great place for people who want to grow, take ownership, and contribute meaningfully. Rare to find such a supportive and encouraging environment in today’s IT industry.
Cons: Not exactly a con, but an observation: Our current facility is starting to feel a bit tight because the team has grown exponentially this year. The good news is that the move to a new, larger facility is already in the works, so this should be addressed very soon. 😊
View on GlassdoorPros: Straightforward job roles, decent work life balance
Cons: Not many cons except growth is slow
