Pros: The atmosphere is relaxed and it’s easy to approach people, even seniors. I’ve got to learn quite a few new things and work with tools I hadn’t used before. I’ve seen good work getting noticed and appreciated.
Cons: Some roles can feel quite specialized and I wish they give more trainings.

View on GlassdoorPros: The office atmosphere is positive and not very formal. Seniors share regular updates about projects, plans and feedback. I’ve had the chance to work with AI and newer technologies, which has been a good learning experience. There are opportunities to explore different areas if you’re interested.

I have received an assignment on email to make presentation on a data. After solving the assignment they have passed the screening in process. They have called my for f2f interview. They have to take three rounds in which they took only two and rejected me after asking my previous work experience. Technical round was easy to slove. They rejected without letting me the feedback.

HR informed there will be 2 tech rounds and 1 HR round, after clearing first round I was interviewed by COO (HR round) it went well, we even discussed my joining location and date. But COO was not believing why I want to join their company leaving my current one (I believe) he kept asking why are you looking for change, I answered with Growth Opportunity but he kept digging not growing in current company? you will leave (Neotas) soon too etc.
