Multiple rounds of screening followed by Manager and HR interview. 1 round of Technical basics for screening. 1 round of Technical in depth screening where checks the involvement in the understanding in web hosting basics. 1 Manager round 1 HR round.

The interview was with the Manager and Deputy manager of the team. The interview started with a few questions about my resume and educational background. Next set of questions were focused on the role, these were very technical questions about the concept of Web hosting. To impress the managers, I explained the concept of DNS through a diagram.

Here’s a breakdown of each stage: HR Call: This initial call typically focuses on your background, experience, and cultural fit for the company. The HR representative may ask about your resume, your motivations for applying, and your understanding of the company. It's also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the company's values, benefits, and work environment. Keeping a calm and genuine demeanor here can set a positive tone for the rest of the process. SME or TL Call: The second stage often involves a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Team Lead (TL). This call dives deeper into your technical skills and knowledge related to the role. Expect questions that assess your problem-solving abilities and how you would handle specific situations relevant to the job. Demonstrating your expertise and enthusiasm for the field is key here, so be prepared to discuss past projects and experiences in detail. Manager Call: The final interview is usually with the hiring manager. This conversation often focuses on how you would fit into the team and contribute to the organization's goals. The manager might explore your long-term career aspirations, leadership potential, and how you handle challenges. This is a good time to showcase your soft skills, such as communication and teamwork, and to express how your vision aligns with the company’s objectives. Throughout all these stages, being yourself is crucial. Authenticity can help build rapport and give the interviewers a true sense of who you are. Good luck!
