View on GlassdoorPros: Good technical knowledge from some of the seniors
Cons: Pressure, politics, and religion are the most common topics of concern in this organization. Promotions and salary hikes depend on how well connected you are with operations and delivery leadership, and in some cases, religious affiliations seem to influence decisions. HR function is also quite weak. Rather than acting as an independent employee advocate, HR often appears to follow instructions from operations leadership without taking the time to understand employee concerns or have meaningful discussions. This creates a perception of unfairness, lack of transparency, and limited trust in the overall people management process.

overall good. 3 process level first interview was technical its run around 1.30 hours second was jr round 3 was client round all clear then i am thinking to join this company
Sample questions
Interview was okay and ontime. Had 2 rounds on interview with coding as well First round was quick and but L2 has deep technical questions and architecture based scenarios. First round has basic questions
Sample questions
#3 Rounds: 1: Technical Round 1: Basic to mid-level technical questions, covering a broad range of topics. 2: Technical Round 2: Again, a mix of basic to mid-level technical questions. However, there's a twist: The lead may ask random questions based on their mood. Even if you clearly mention you don't have experience in a particular area, they might still shoot questions on it. 3: Client or HR Round: These rounds are usually smooth and straightforward. I cleared all rounds, completed document verification, and received the salary breakup. The role was also confirmed. However, no offer letter has been issued yet.
Sample questions
I attended the interview process at Nisum around 20 days ago. The first technical round lasted over an hour, where I was asked several in-depth questions and was also given a coding challenge—which I completed successfully. I received positive feedback and was informed I cleared the round. Next was the Managerial Round, which also went well. I was then told that the client would be conducting the final round, which took nearly two weeks to schedule. In the client interview, I was again asked technical questions and given two coding problems. I solved one and performed reasonably well overall. However, after another week of waiting, I was informed that the client had rejected my profile due to not solving coding problems. If the client's opinion holds such high importance in the final decision, it would have been more efficient and respectful to have the client involved from the very beginning of the interview process. Conducting multiple rounds from Nisum's end, providing positive feedback, and then disregarding all of it based on the client's final round, without even considering the earlier evaluations feels unfair and disheartening. Candidates dedicate significant time, effort, and energy to each stage. If the role is entirely client-driven, it would be more transparent and respectful to let the client conduct the evaluation from the start. This would help avoid unnecessary delays and disappointment for candidates who invest themselves in good faith.
Sample questions
There are two technical rounds and one HR round. Beware that even if you clear the technical round, HR will call you to the office and reject you if you are not according to her standards. Never believe them until you have an offer letter in your hand. They are biased, judgemental, and narrow-minded which gives a misleading picture of the organization.
