Pros: Flexibility | Remote culture | Insurance
Cons: Low motivation | Incompetent leaders | Frequent layoffs
View on GlassdoorPros: Good company to work for
Cons: Work load is a lot
View on GlassdoorPros: The environment was good few years back but recently due to a lot of politics, only a single person, who was once thrown away from the company rejoined, played a lot of politics and only kept people he liked.
Cons: There is no peace of mind, work culture is really bad. You will always be in anxious state and if you are not the Yes Boss person, they can throw you out of the company in no second, even if you have contributed so much. The reason could be they don't like that you paid what you are worth.
View on GlassdoorPros: The company is good if you want to learn as a new engineer.
Cons: Overreliance on AI for building core systems—while beneficial in some cases—poses significant risks in a highly regulated fintech environment and could lead to serious compliance and stability issues.
View on GlassdoorPros: good company in terms of wlb
Cons: nothing as such overall its fine

The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round focused on conceptual knowledge, covering core data engineering and computer science fundamentals. The second round was a technical coding interview that assessed problem-solving and programming skills. The third round was a system design interview, where I was evaluated on designing scalable, reliable, and efficient data systems while discussing architectural decisions and trade-offs.
Sample questions
Two rounds of interview which includes technical questions like js, react native securities etc. Total resume based questions what we have added in resume assume questions from that only. stores profiles, ci/cd etc
Sample questions
Interview Experience (All rounds same day / in-person + online mix) Round 1 – DSA (Easy–Medium) Q1: Encode a string by counts (e.g., aaabbccc → a3b2c3). Q2: Decode the encoded string (with a twist/edge cases). Overall difficulty: fair; correctness + edge cases mattered. Round 2 – LLD (Elevator System) Task: Design an elevator system. I proposed a multi-elevator design with an optimal scheduling algorithm (prepared in advance). Interviewer was impatient and pushed for immediate, final answers; aggressive probing on any fields missed early (even those that would surface naturally later). Feedback suggested my approach was “over-complicating,” with limited openness to alternatives. Round 3 – Project + HLD Discussed past projects and reasons for switching. Deep dive topics: Internals of DynamoDB’s storage/DB engine (at a conceptual level). Observability/metrics: how I’d add tracing, dashboards, and alerts to my current project. If internal FAANG tools weren’t available, which OSS stack I’d choose (e.g., logging, tracing, metrics). Also covered motivation to pursue SDE since university.
Sample questions
Good interview process, questions were also related to JD. All interviews conducted on the scheduled time. Tech question has an average difficulty level. Interviewer was also update to date with tech.
Sample questions
The interview process consists of three stages. The first stage is a detailed technical screening, where your technical skills are thoroughly evaluated. The second stage is slightly less technical but focuses on domain knowledge and technical queries. The third and final stage is a managerial round conducted by the team manager.
