Pros: Salary on time, flexible timing
Cons: All good, if you only focus on work
View on GlassdoorPros: Great work-life balance amd culture
Cons: Slow growth, no bonuses yearly
View on GlassdoorPros: Nice place to work, you get a lot freedom to work your area
Cons: Pay is less than market standard and very uneven among peers
View on GlassdoorPros: Good joining salary. Healthy breakfast. Gorgeous building interiors. Huge mediclaim. None of these matter because psychological trauma is too damaging as compared to the benefits.
Cons: Work environment is extremely toxic. Pune plant is managed by narcissist & the role is assigned to employees as per whim (Enablers, Golden Child, Invisible Child, Scapegoats). Global Senior Management is fake who act as if they care (bad acting btw). The saddest part is that Scapegoats are always on the radar even when they are high performers. Work life is made extremely miserable for them. God help them by giving them opportunities to work in better organizations. And once you leave, you'll get a badge of Workplace/Narcissist Abuse Survivor!!
View on GlassdoorPros: Initial pay is good Good interiors
Cons: Excessive workload System needs improvement
