Lacks career growth, very poor management.
Pros: Work life balance is nice.
Cons: No career growth. Management just want low cost labour. Very confused management, they don't want to make new products. Company is like a grocery shop where they try to save single penny instead of making new things.

Confused Leadership, Misused Talent
Pros: Fixed login time – no daily circus about when to show up. Snacks at 5 PM – at least something to look forward to in this place.
Cons: Management is a complete mess – confused people leading confused teams. Zero clarity. Dead environment – no energy, no brains, no meaningful conversations. Just noise and nonsense.

Heavy Work with lowest appreciation
Pros: None. Actually zero. Join it if u have literally no option, and leaving it at first opportunity u get outside.
Cons: Favoriousm to family members. overwork outside the role ur hired. Trash management. Worst increments.
