Pros: Thank god, It is a company.
Cons: One of my worst decisions I have taken in my life. They are expecting 5 year experienced work from a fresher with wonderful 16000 salary per month. If you see this company name in your job search please run...run...run..
View on GlassdoorPros: Nothing at all. This first time i am having terrific experience in my career.
Cons: I regret to share my disappointing experience with OptioLogic Technologies P Ltd regarding the non-payment of my last month's salary. Despite my dedicated service to the company, I have not received the compensation that I am entitled to. I fulfilled my responsibilities diligently during my tenure at OptioLogic Technologies and expected fair treatment upon my departure. However, the company failed to fulfill its obligations by withholding my rightful salary for the final month of my employment. Numerous attempts to resolve this issue through communication have been fruitless, as the company has chosen to disregard my legitimate claim. This lack of accountability and disregard for their employees' well-being raises serious concerns about the company's professionalism and integrity. It is disheartening to witness such unethical practices within an organisation, especially when it affects the livelihoods of individuals who have dedicated their time and effort to contribute to its success. I strongly advise anyone considering employment with OptioLogic Technologies P Ltd to exercise caution and be aware of the potential for unresolved financial disputes. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning and prompts the company to address this matter promptly. No employee should have to endure the frustration and financial strain caused by withheld wages. It is my sincere hope that OptioLogic Technologies P Ltd rectifies this situation and demonstrates a commitment to fair treatment and employee well-being. Disclaimer: This review reflects my personal experience and opinions. Others may have different experiences with OptioLogic Technologies P Ltd.
View on GlassdoorPros: Nice place to work and learn
Cons: No cons at all. Team outing and cultural functions are not there.
View on GlassdoorPros: I really cannot think of any good point. A horrible place.
Cons: Idiot people, not knowledgeable at all. Just look at their backgrounds, CVs, and previous universities. It speaks for itself. My advice: stay away from this company. Also, very poor work-life balance.
View on GlassdoorPros: Good to go if you are a fresher and want to learn something.
Cons: Once you put paper, they will treat you like an enemy
