Sample questions
Optum's interview process typically includes an HR screening, technical interview focused on role-specific knowledge, managerial interview assessing problem-solving and communication, followed by an HR discussion on salary, benefits, and final offer
Sample questions
It was a bad experience for me. The interview was not conducted for a role which was mentioned in JD as well as invite. The interviewer was less experienced and denied role position is not open as if he's the authority. DSA coding problem was asked and even if criteria and comparison of few algorithms using right omega notations was explained it wasn't considered. Typically these problems have multiple approaches and the solution needs to be chosen based on tradeoffs. Talent acquisition team should better be aligned with the hiring manager and right panel.
Sample questions
It was easy, they asked me DSA and System design stuffs. DSA was medium leetcode questions. System design they asked about Netflix architecture and some handing cases. New Movie/Web series traffic handling, cache...
Sample questions
I attended the walk-in drive and completed two technical interviews, each lasting approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Overall, my interview experience was disappointing. Initially, the HR representative informed me that I had been selected and that the hiring HR would contact me with the next steps. However, while I was on my way home, the same HR representative called back and informed me that my profile had been put on hold. After several follow-ups over the next 3–4 days, I was eventually informed by the hiring HR that I had not been selected. Given that both of my technical interviews went well, the lack of clear communication and the change in status were quite frustrating. I expected a more transparent and professional hiring process from a reputed product-based company.
