Toxic environment with poor pay and micromanagement

Pros: Great Micromanagement Your system/pc is not your system Best if you don't want your skills to grow

Cons: Will hire on min. salaries and expect 6 days working for 9hrs each till 6months with fake assurance of full time opportunity. They don't care about you or your well-being but deadlines should meet no matter what. You have to ask 30 people for work if no manager assigned you to any and if you don't do that, that's your fault because its not upto the managers.
