Great Collaborative Team & Learning Environment
Pros: -Great workplace to work in good environment with good supportive teammates, -5 days working, -Management team provided great support in lockdown and were considerate when family was facing challenges due to COVID-19. No salary deduction were made during lockdown which was a great thing and really helped us to support family during crises situation. -Great place if you want to learn new things and develop your skill sets.

A very tiresome and lengthy interview process that took over 2 months just because the CEO had no schedule. Too much stressing over the background check rather than focusing on the actual skills of the employee. The CEO didn't even bother to show his face during the interview which shows how much he cares about his employees.

It was a smooth process. The aptitude was easy with basic aptitude questions (directions, logic, etc.). I cracked the aptitude and went for the second round which was conducted in their office.
