I recently interviewed with PepsiCo and successfully cleared one round. I then went through two technical interview rounds, expecting a professional discussion around my experience, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. During the technical interviews, I felt that I was being treated as though I was cheating, despite my screen being shared throughout the interview. The interviewers even commented on my eye movements, suggesting that looking up or down during an interview was suspicious. What happened next was even more uncomfortable. I was asked to close my eyes while answering questions and was also instructed to keep my hands behind my neck while responding. I completely understand that companies need to maintain interview integrity and prevent cheating. However, there is a significant difference between ensuring a fair interview process and making a candidate feel as though they are being interrogated. Eyes naturally move while people think. Candidates may look up, down, or to the side while recalling information or structuring an answer. That should not automatically be treated as evidence of cheating. What disappointed me the most was not the difficulty of the technical questions — challenging interviews are completely fine. It was the tone, lack of trust, and manner in which the interview was conducted. After clearing an initial round, a candidate should at least expect to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Interviewers are not only evaluating candidates. Candidates are also evaluating companies. A technically strong organization can still leave a very negative impression if its interview process makes candidates feel uncomfortable, distrusted, or disrespected. I hope PepsiCo reviews how such interviews are conducted and ensures that future candidates experience a process that evaluates technical capability, problem-solving, and experience — without compromising basic dignity and respect. This is not about expecting an easy interview. It is about expecting a professional one.

Pros: PepsiCo is a well-known organization with strong brand recognition. The interview was scheduled and conducted professionally from a logistical perspective. Cons: The interview experience was quite intimidating and stressful. The interview covered a combination of technical, operational, and behavioral questions, making it difficult to understand what competencies were being evaluated. Some interactions during the interview made me feel uncomfortable and as though my responses were being judged in a somewhat dismissive manner. There was limited clarity regarding the overall interview process and the number of rounds involved. Post-interview communication could be improved. Candidates should ideally receive a clear update, whether the outcome is positive or negative, within a reasonable timeframe. Advice to Management: I would recommend providing candidates with more clarity about the interview structure and expectations beforehand. Interviewers should also ensure that candidates feel respected and comfortable enough to demonstrate their abilities. Finally, timely communication regarding the outcome of an interview would significantly improve the candidate experience. Overall: The interview was challenging, but the biggest concern for me was the lack of clarity and communication surrounding the process. A difficult interview is understandable, but candidates should still feel that they are being treated with professionalism and respect throughout the recruitment process.

Basic cs fundamentals, projects mentioned in resume,sql queries (standard) ,real industry applications, Everything mentioned in your resume,open electives, current semester's related subjects and questions on them, projects made in college or in previous internships ,hr related questions,tested communication skills.

There are total of three rounds taken by them 1st round is technical assessment 2nd round is technical interview 3rd round is managerial round. Offer letter 1 month to come.

Firstly with an online assessment the students get selected for interview process and i was one of them. Later there were 2 rounds of interviews- one technical and other HR round.
