High expectations lead to growth and strong support
Pros: Honestly my experience has been quite different. The company certainly has high expectations, but I've always seen that as a reflection of its commitment to delivering quality and helping employees grow.
The leadership is direct and performance-focused, and while not every decision may be popular, I've found them to be aligned with long-term business and employee development.
I've had positive interactions with the HR team whenever I needed support. They have been approachable, responsive, and genuinely willing to listen and help wherever possible.
The work can get demanding during important project milestones, but the team culture and opportunities to learn make it worthwhile.
The company also takes good care of its employees by providing complimentary Lunch and Dinner, regular Health Checkups, and comprehensive Health Insurance, which are meaningful benefits that contribute to employee well-being.
Overall, this is a great place for people who enjoy taking on challenges, learning continuously, and building a strong career in a professional and collaborative environment.
Cons: Upskilling is something that can be improved.

One of the Best Employee Experiences I've Had So Far
Pros: 1.Working here has been a rewarding experience because the company offers a strong combination of employee benefits, career growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.
2. One of the biggest advantages is the comprehensive health insurance coverage, which provides peace of mind not only for employees but also for their families.
3. In addition to this, the company regularly promotes wellness initiatives and employee support programs that demonstrate a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing.
4. The learning culture is another major strength. Employees are encouraged to continuously improve their skills through modern AI technologies.
5. This focus on learning helps employees stay relevant in a rapidly changing technology landscape and supports long-term career growth.
6. The workplace facilities also contribute significantly to the overall employee experience. The office provides two times free meals, refreshments and comfortable workspaces that make day-to-day work more enjoyable.
7 One benefit that deserves special mention is the cab facility provided for employees working the 2 PM shift. Having reliable transportation support makes commuting much easier and safer, especially for those who travel longer distances. It removes a common concern for employees and allows them to focus more on their work.
8. What truly makes the company stand out, however, is the people. Colleagues are approachable, collaborative and always willing to help when needed.
9. The positive team culture creates an environment where employees can learn, contribute and grow together.
10. We get food ( Lunch & Dinner ) , flexi timings , Health Insurance , Health & Wellness ,Benefits for Women employee , Employee Engagements , Awardco employee recognition , Transportation , good Infra , Sport Activities , Celebrating all Events and Important days , what else do we need .
Cons: Hikes can be paid on time , even though we get with arrears.

Fake 5 star reviews, help yourself and run away!!
Pros: Free lunch and dinner. Thought for a while and found nothing else
Cons: Firstly for those who are here for background check before joining phenom.. help yourself and run away..
If you closely observe all 5 star reviews, you will easily figure out that they are fake and given by HR or management to compensate for negative reviews.
Phenom has the worst corporate culture, employee wellfare is given least priority over anything else, not even one policy is employee friendly.
these are the exact lines of CEO while addressing employees - "Do not complain our food is bad, no work life balance etc these are foolish reasons! Each one of you is very critical to company, step up and work hard.. whoever is asking for work life balance are stupids!!"
You are supposed to be inside office 9 hours everyday, and they started hackweeks during weekends so you have to be in office in weekends as well.. this is modern day slavery.

Employee Engagement its Phenom
Pros: One of the reasons I've enjoyed working here is because the company continues to invest in employees even during challenging market conditions.
Salary hikes have remained competitive, learning opportunities are plentiful, and there is a clear focus on long-term employee development.
Freshers especially can benefit from the amount of exposure they receive early in their careers. The combination of technical learning sessions, and real-world project experience creates a strong environment for professional growth.
The culture deserves special mention as well. Employees are recognized, celebrations are thoughtfully organized and there is a genuine effort to build connections across teams.
It never feels like people are just showing up to do their work and leave. There is a sense of community that makes the workplace enjoyable.
Leadership and HR teams remain visible and accessible, which helps employees feel heard and supported.
Benefits are another area where the company performs well. The health insurance coverage is comprehensive, wellness initiatives extend to family members, and practical perks like free meals and refreshments make office life more comfortable.
Overall, the company offers a well-rounded employee experience that combines career growth, good benefits and a positive culture.
Cons: Problem with Parking only problem

Be Balanced if you like continue if not you have other options , respect the work place
Pros: Overall its been a good experience working here. The company has a very driven culture and there is always something new to learn. If you are looking for a place where you can grow fast and take on responsibilities early, this is definitely one of those places.
Leadership is quite direct when it comes to goals and performance. Some people may find that challenging at first, but personally I liked knowing exactly what was expected and where the company is heading. There is not much ambiguity and that helps teams stay focused.
The people are smart, supportive and willing to help. I've worked with some really talented colleagues and learned a lot from them over the years.
Cons: t may take a little time to adjust if you're used to a softer communication style, although the intent is usually to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.
