I had a disappointing experience with the hiring process. The entire interview process was conducted virtually, and I successfully completed three rounds of interviews. Throughout the process, the company emphasized that they were looking for an immediate joiner, which aligned perfectly with my situation, as I was available to join immediately. The process progressed positively, and I had a phone discussion regarding my compensation, expected joining date, and other employment details. Based on these conversations, I genuinely believed I was close to receiving an offer. After that discussion, I tried reaching out to the hiring manager multiple times through calls and messages for an update, but I did not receive a response for two days. Eventually, I was informed that there was no confirmation on the role from the business side and that the position had been put on hold. I understand that hiring priorities and business decisions can change. However, discussing compensation and joining timelines before the role is fully confirmed, followed by a lack of communication, was disappointing. Candidates invest significant time preparing for interviews and often make decisions based on the information shared during the process. I hope the company improves transparency and communication throughout its hiring process. Keeping candidates informed promptly, especially after advanced interview stages, would help build trust and create a more positive candidate experience.

The interview mainly focused on the basic concepts of Data Science and SQL as I applied in the Data Team of the company. If you have good knowledge about the concepts, you'll Crack it for sure.
