View on GlassdoorPros: Absolutely nothing other than few good people getting stuck here with you who you can talk to if you are lucky enough.
Cons: 1) Biggest fraud company I ever saw 2) They say they have AI , but there is no AI. They just built UI with some buttons and that's it. For clients, please know that there is no AI and everything is handled manually in the backend so the company is just fooling all clients by saying it's AI. 3) The worst part about the organization is the management . The VP & CS director are very happy to do this fraud and live everyday in building narratives to make clients believe that there is actually a product that's driving value. 4) The only job that people (management) has here is to spend all day in being able to blame someone , so that they can be laid off or pressurized to the core so that their heads can be saved. 5) The HRs are so perfect with their work in being non-existent who are of no use in any way. 6) work life balance is a joke here where you are expected to work on weekends, and any hour they need irrespective of your sleep timings or food timings. 7) I have no idea who is giving these 5 star , so I'm very confident that it's just fake reviews.

There were 3 rounds. It started with an initial HR screening call to discuss background and expectations, followed by a technical round with ML and DL and problem-solving questions. I was asked about Algorithms of detection, segmentation of images and a little bit about stable diffusion.

The process was remarkably smooth and quick — all interview rounds were completed within a week, and the offer was released just two days after the final round and i joined them in weeks time

Good conversations overall. 4 rounds overall, 1st one technical, 2nd was an assessment, 3rd was a case study round with higher management and the final one was a technical + cultural fit round discussing assignment.
