Portcast

The interview process was quite smooth. My main point of contact, G, was very responsive and proactive in scheduling meetings. The interviewers were also easy to talk to and helped address all my doubts and clarifications.

There were 3 rounds 1 assignment 1 technical round 1 round with the CEO I had great conversations and talked to a lot of ex employee, the culture at Portcast is top notch. The HR was very responsive and supportive.

First round was a assignment on Data Analysis and accuracy report. Next was a HR round where I was asked about myself and also I was told about the company. Next was a Technical interview with the Data Science lead.

It was a three-round process. First round - Hiring Manager. In this round, technical requirements were measured. Second round - Case Study. It was followed by a discussion of the case study. Third round - CEO. It was a culture fit round.

Interview process was pretty smooth. The entire process consisted of an introductory call, an assignment and 2 round of interviews(technical and problem solving). The interview process was completed in 3 weeks.
