View on GlassdoorPros: None worth mentioning. Oh yes the owner thinks he pays salary and that is a big plus point. So help yourself and get salary from elsewhere. Also customers of this company should think twice about working with them.

View on GlassdoorPros: Misleading Benefits and Lack of Support for Remote Workers I had a very frustrating experience with this company, especially when it came to their so-called "benefits" and overall treatment of remote workers. On paper, the benefits looked great, but in practice, they were either non-existent or extremely limited. For instance, I was expected to work from home with minimal technical support. They fired me for something as simple as not having my camera or mic set up correctly during a meeting, which is both unfair and unprofessional. They provide no clear guidance or support for remote work setups, leaving you to fend for yourself. This is especially frustrating when you're in a different region (like India), where there are additional challenges and you’re expected to manage it all without any real assistance from the company. The benefits they claim to offer—whether it's professional development, work-life balance, or any kind of job security—are mostly just for show. They don’t actually care about your growth or well-being. They take credit for your hard work, but when it comes to offering meaningful support or benefits, it's pretty much nonexistent. I honestly felt like I was just a number to them. There’s very little care for employees, and any "perks" they advertise aren’t really meaningful once you’re in the job. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, especially not if you're looking for a healthy work environment or real career growth.
Cons: Worst Disadvantages of Working Here – Stay Away If you're considering working for this company, don't. There are so many major disadvantages, it’s hard to know where to begin. 1. No Support for Remote Work – Working from home should offer flexibility, but here it’s a nightmare. The company doesn’t provide proper tools or support for remote workers. You're expected to have everything set up perfectly on your own, and if anything goes wrong, like your camera or mic not working during a meeting, they’ll fire you without hesitation. It's ridiculous. There’s zero understanding or empathy for technical issues that can easily happen in a remote work environment. 2. Unfair Treatment and No Work-Life Balance – They claim to offer a "flexible" work environment, but in reality, they expect you to be available 24/7 without respecting personal boundaries. They care more about the “appearance” of productivity than actual results. And if you try to take any time off or manage your own schedule, you’re made to feel guilty about it. 3. Lack of Proper Benefits – The benefits they promote are mostly empty promises. There’s little to no real support for employee growth, professional development, or job security. If you work hard, they’ll happily take credit, but when it comes to rewarding you or offering real benefits, don’t count on it. 4. Unethical Management – There’s a huge lack of transparency, and management seems more interested in playing office politics than actually managing teams effectively. They’ll throw you under the bus if something goes wrong, and there’s zero accountability at the top. 5. Terrible Employee Morale – The overall atmosphere is toxic, and employees feel undervalued and expendable. It’s clear that they don’t care about you as a person—just as a cog in the machine. In short, this company’s management and culture are a disaster. If you're in India or anywhere else where you’re working remotely, you’re basically left to figure everything out yourself while they take no responsibility. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

Recruiter approached via cold email, and initial screening on call regarding experience and skill match. After that a high level design interview was scheduled on zoom. The interviewee was very experienced guy.
