View on GlassdoorPros: Get a salary on the 1st day of every month.
Cons: Toxic Management - The Manager constantly blames team members for failures but takes credit for success. Public humiliation: shouting, criticizing in meetings, or comparing employees. The manager refuses to help but expects flawless work. Poor Work-Life Balance -Expected to be online late at night or early morning because of client time zones.Messages and calls outside work hours are considered “normal.”Performance judged by how long you sit online, not the quality of work .Stuck in maintenance work with no new technology exposure. No trainings, certifications, or skill development. Promotions based on favoritism, not merit.Team members who work hardest get the least recognition.

They asked me chemical engineering related questions on the surface for round 1, for round 2 it was deeper and more particular, most of them were like case studies where they tested my ability to respond to certain situations
Sample questions
I was interviewed for NodeJs, NestJs, AWS, Javascript and Typescript tech stack. There were 2 rounds conducted. The first round was pretty easy, with questions specific to NodeJs and architecture. The second round was pretty easy, with questions around AWS services, NodeJs, Database and architecture. However, the interviewer would put some non-practical scenarios to solve. For example, Instead of reading data from GET APIs in a CQRS pattern, how can we fetch data using events? I clearly said it is not a good way of doing it, however we can listen to SNS events and websocket events for this but it has limitations and not the correct way. I felt that the interviewer had no knowledge on event based communication and CQRS pattern in microservices.
