This company has one of the top P2P platforms and it is designed inhouse. Join if you love to hustle and grow.
Cons: Having a mix-management (USA and India) can be double edged sword for a few. If you are great at communication, it is perfect for you. If you are easily overwhelmed, the management is there but you'll have to brush up your skills eventually.

The first round was a general project overview of mine, where I was asked to explain different C# & .NET concepts I used in building the project. The second round was with CTO and it was something very offguard. He was asking me some Taj Mahal tour guide requirements. And then interview ended with just that question in 30 minutes.
