Mixed leadership results in poor culture despite benefits
Pros: Benefits, Leaves, Work Life Balance is ok
Cons: The leadership in some pillars is bad, in past few years because of rapid hiring got so many leadership referral entries from service based orgs which also brought in micro-management and bad culture through them. Without people management skills just leads are promoted as managers and they lack sense of how to talk/treat folks under them.

The process was a bit haphazard. I had a total of three rounds. Two virtual interviews on Teams and one in-person in the office. Feedback was prompt for the first two rounds, but there was complete silence after the third in-person round for a very long time. Eventually got a rejection email.
