Pros: Good organization for getting started in a field, helpful community and timely salary
Cons: Limited exposure to newer stack
View on GlassdoorPros: Supportive team, good learning opportunities, positive work environment, and exposure to different projects. Management is approachable and encourages skill development.
Cons: Overall, the experience has been positive.
View on GlassdoorPros: 1. Open to ideas ; Sr. Mgmt wants everybody to open up in meetings and share their views 2. The onboarding process for new hires is quick 3. Importance is given to Quality. Moving towards CMMI Assessments. Internal audits are being conducted. 4. Company is expanding rapidly. 5. Recently came to know that the CEO is still very active on the technical side and got some insights about how he solved customer requirements very quickly. Awesome ! 6. Regular meetings on Farming - is a very good practice.
Cons: 1. Town halls are totally absent. In the last 8 months since I joined, there was only 1 Town Hall set up with the CEO. 2. Information about Quarks is on LinkedIn first and comes to the employees later. 3. Though it is a small company work in silos is very evident. 4. Senior management is absent from the Bangalore office. They are seen only on occassions. And work only with their teams. Interaction with the rest of the team coming to office is minimal. 5. The Bangalore office shifted to a new venue on 1st June, but its been more than 3 weeks for the Biometric to be set up. 6. There were emails to celebrate "Christmas", "Makar Sankranti" and "Holi". What about "Eid ul Fitr " ?? There is a WhatsApp group for the Bangalore location. Some senior leaders (including HR personnel) wished for other festivals, but none for Eid. This may seem to be "Discriminatory language", because, it is felt. But, doesn't this negate the policy of "Diversity and inclusivity" ?

Today, I had an interview experience that left me quite disappointed. During a technical round, I was asked about certain product use cases. While I tried to respond, I realized I couldn’t frame my answer exactly as expected, possibly due to limited exposure to that specific tool. However, what stood out was the interviewer’s reaction. The tone felt abrupt and somewhat dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I completely understand that not knowing every answer or not being shortlisted is part of the process. But the way a conversation is handled makes a significant difference. An interview is not just about evaluating a candidate — it also reflects a company’s culture. Patience, respect, and professionalism, especially from experienced interviewers, are essential. I hope organizations continue to focus on creating a more respectful and supportive interview environment.

Sample questions
The interview began with a one-on-one technical round, followed by the client interview. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and completed quickly with prompt feedback from the interviewers. The interview process took 1 week.
Sample questions
