I interviewed on campus. It was mostly resume discussion, past internship experiencee, Project deep dive discussion, extracurricular achievements, hackathons experience, any startup experience, team corrdination. No DSA was asked and founder explicitly mentioned we need people who ships products, not who memorises puzzles.

In the interview , questions were related to resume And some question related to javascript , react.js and mongodb The interviewer also asked for demo of the project and asked me some question of the domain of the project

I applied for the Business Analyst (BA) role through "WellFound." Although my initial application was rejected, I received a call from HR inviting me for the interview process. Here’s a breakdown of the rounds and the questions I faced. Interview Process: Screening Round (Phone Call): In this round, the HR evaluated my profile to decide if I could move forward. They asked basic questions about my background, experience, and current role. This round lasted about 15-20 minutes. I cleared it and was scheduled for the second round. Second Round (Google Meet with Founder & HR): This round lasted around 30-45 minutes. The founder and HR interviewed me together. They delved into my professional background, my current role as a software engineer, and asked questions related to software engineering. After this round, I was informed that I had cleared it and was invited for the final interview. Final Round (Face-to-Face): This round focused on my latest project and my technical knowledge. The founder asked in-depth questions about the architecture of the projects I’ve worked on, my role in them, and why I wanted to transition to Quicko. This round lasted around 45 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to the final selection, and HR informed me via email. However, the overall process was smooth, and I appreciated the insights gained.
